The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of requirements designed to ensure that ALL companies that process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment.  The payment brands (credit card companies and banks) have collectively adopted PCI DSS as the requirement for organizations that process, store or transmit payment cardholder data. PCI DSS compliance is not a law, it is an industry standard. By being PCI DSS compliant we are adhering to the industry standard that protects your credit card information on a much higher level of security than is required by law.


In addition to our SSL certificate and PCI DSS compliance we use McAfee SECURE. McAfee SECURE web sites have passed a set of daily security scans that helps address your security concerns like hackers stealing your confidential information. If our system does not pass a McAfee SECURE scan for whatever reason you would not see the McAfee SECURE logo on our page until the concerns were properly addressed and a security scan completed. If you see the McAfee SECURE logo on our page you know that you are shopping on a site that is safe from hackers.


We also participate as a member of the Better Business Bureau in the BBB online reliability program. We strive to give our customers the best possible experience both in products and in service. Even so problems do arise and you can't always please everyone. Our participation in the BBB online reliability program means that you can trust us to do whatever we can to make our customers happy and resolve any conflicts fairly. If we cannot resolve a complaint or other issue directly with our customers they are free to file a complaint with the BBB and seek mediation through them. As of April 2009 we are proud to carry a BBB rating of A+ and to have a total of 3 complaints about our company in the last 36 months. Of the total of 3 complaints all have been resolved.
