Working with FleeceFootwear.com was a pleasure! The girls I spoke with were great. I had previously been scammed by a Chinese company who sent me a totally fake pair of Uggs. Luckily American Express took care of this and I did not have to pay for them. These are mine and my daughters first pair of Uggs and we are both excited. The boots are great and the service was superb.
