Best pair of UGGS ever! I got them in Magenta and every time I wear them I get compliments. Only thing is they get dirty fast so make sure you get the protector or cleaner.

I wear a size 9 and the size 8 fits perfect. I love my boots because they are so warm on my feet. I do not wear socks so I can honestly say they keep my feet cozy warm even when its 10 degrees out. I highly recommend UGG boots for everyone.

Great UGG fit, I wear a size 9.5 and the 9s fit perfect. I sent this pair back only due to the fact that the color is a little too neon for me. Magenta is a much brighter pink at home than it is online!

I LOVE pink and these boots are beyond gorgeous. People all over stopped me and asked where I got them, I was carrying a fushia pink Coach bag and every store people asked me, they are so gorgeous and pretty and comfortable. LOVE UGGS , slippers, boots, and all, for this boot size down I am a 6 and got a 5 like they said and be sure to spray them, have had a black pair for years and I adore Uggs slippers too.

These boots have been returned. They were too small over the top of my foot. I have an arch, but not that high of an arch that it has made this much of a difference before. They also seemed too short. However, they may have been mis-sized, which will be determined when received back.

My first pair of UGGS and....I CANT TAKE THEM OFF!! Wow, now I see what all the hype is about, like walking on clouds, and I am on my feet all day at work!! I usually wear 8.5 or 9 and I ordered size 8 and its a perfect fit!! At first I thought my be too big, but I wore them around the house and found when my feet get warm which they stay warm in these it was just right! I dont wear socks with mine either. These boots are wonderful. I am a size 8 and size 7 is perfect in this Ugg style. I bought size 8 earlier and they do give with wear. Was hesitant about buying a smaller size but am glad I did.I will wear them all winter with no socks, its just great!

These are my third pair of UGGS and I LOVE LOVE LOVE them!!! My size is a true 9.5 and I wear a 9 in UGGS. When I have ordered a 10 they were too big. Probably because you dont wear socks.

UGG Sizing Guide

All sizes listed on our website are US sizes.

If you are in between sizes, it is recommended by the manufacturer that you size down to the next whole size. (For example: If you wear a size 8 ½ you should order a size 8.) They may be snug at first, but the footwear will give a little as the fleece footbeds form to each individual foot.

UGG® footwear should be snug, but not uncomfortable. UGG® footwear will give a bit as they mold to your foot. The fleece footbed will mold to the natural contours of your foot, creating a personalized arch support. The footwear is designed to be worn barefooted to maximize the cushioning and warmth of sheepskin.

Hat Sizing Guide

If you are unsure which shoe size to purchase, please follow the following steps:

1. Measure the circumference around your head, keeping the tape level and firm across the temples and above the eyebrow ridges.
2. Then, determine your hat or cap size using the Hat Size Chart. If between, select the next size up.


Prolong the life of your new suede and sheepskin UGG boots with UGG Water and Stain Repellent. Unlike generic water repellents, UGG Water and Stain Repellent will not alter the color of your new UGG boots.
  1. Apply outdoors or in a well ventilated area.
  2. Spray the sheepskin surface with the repellant evenly until it appears wet, but not soaked.
  3. Let the boots dry naturally for at least 24 hours. Do not dry in direct heat or sunlight.
  4. After drying, lightly brush in one direction with a very soft bristle suede/nubuck brush to raise the nap and natural tracking.
Unless stated in the Details (corner left tab), most UGG boots are not waterproof. While repellent helps UGG boots resist water stains and damage, it does not make them waterproof.
CLEANING
Follow the steps below to clean your UGG boots (if your UGG boots are Fancy, Metallic, Sweater Knit, Crochet, Mosiac, Embroidered or Specialty Suede, please see alternate cleaning instructions below):
  1. Hand wash only. DO NOT use a washing machine
  2. Lightly moisten sheepskin with clean, cold water.
  3. Dilute UGG Australia Cleaner & Conditioner with equal proportions water and Cleaner and Conditioner. At FleeceFootwear, we find that diluting a gentle soap also works, but use at your own risk as we cannot guarantee that a soap will not damage your UGG boots.
  4. Apply a small amount of your diluted cleaner to a clean wet sponge. DO NOT apply directly onto footwear.
  5. Gently scrub to clean entire area. Sheepskin has a delicate surface, which can be damaged if scrubbed aggressively, or with an undiluted concentration.
  6. Rinse clean in clean, cold water; lightly stuff with paper to hold shape; allow to dry naturally and slowly. DO NOT dry in direct heat or sunlight.
  7. Once footwear is dry, lightly brush with a very soft suede/nubuck brush in one direction only.
Alternate cleaning instructions for Specialty UGG Materials:
  1. Use a clean, very soft, damp rag and wipe or blot gently. Do not rub.
  2. Do not use any cleaning product or a brush.
  3. You may use UGG ® Australia Water and Stain Repellant on specialty UGG footwear!
WARRANTY

UGG® Australia footwear is warranted for one year against defective materials and workmanship. This does not extend to problems that arise from normal wear and tear. Slight dye transfer may occur with darker colored sheepskin during first few wears. Lighter colored sheepskin may pickup inks from clothing with which it comes in contact. This discoloration is not covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty.

Because sheepskin is a natural product, there may be some irregularities and variations in color and texture. These traits are characteristic of fine sheepskin and add to the beauty and character of the footwear. These characteristics may cause variations in the fit and wear of some sheepskin products. These irregularities and variations are not covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty.
