If you are in between sizes, it is recommended by the manufacturer for the Classic Tall that you size down one to one and a half sizes (for example: If you wear a size 8 or 8 ½, you should order a size 7). Love these Uggs. Got them for my daughter. I have had the same pair of Uggs for 10 years -- and, except for a small hole at the toe area I believe my daughter had something to do with this -- they have lasted beautifully. Uggs are a great investment -- they never go out of style, no matter which version you decide to go with. As a matter of fact, think its time to get me a new pair. Fleece Footwear delivered in a timely fashion, and I got exactly what I ordered. Per their website, I actually DID check out all the discount sites and they were NOT authorized dealers. I want a good deal as much as the next person, but I realized that it was more cost-effective to ensure I got the REAL thing since I know they last a very long time. I didnt want to take the chance of paying half the amount but get something that wasnt actually WORTH half the price! Thanks!

I had to size down on this particular UGG. Im a solid size 7 and I bought a size 6. It fits perfectly. They stretch slightly. I also recommend buying a suede waterproofing spray to make sure they repel any stains.

I am from Mexico, and I am so sorry that I cant find this type of boots in my country and they cant be send either. I had to buy them to be send to a friend in Virginia. It was complicated. Anyway I am very happy with my boots. We dont have a very cold winter, but it is cold!

The boots were easy to order and arrived in perfect condition. I have avoided buying UGG boots for years - just couldnt get past the humongous bear-paw like boot, but the look grew on me and I decided to buy the Tall Classic Sand boot. I love them. They feel so warm and comfy on my feet and are perfect for running around town and the beach. I wear a 9 sandal and a 9.5 shoe or boot. I heard the boot runs a size large so I tried on the size 8 boot at a local shop and it was too small and way more expensive. I came here and ordered a size 9. They fit, look great, and feel great - Im happy!

I bought this in Chocolate and love them. They are so comfy! I did find the 7 fits like a 7 1/2, so Im returning to exchange for a size 6 for a better fit. Not waterproof, so make sure to use a waterproofing product. The water will make spots on the suede even though your feet wont get wet. Ordering was a breeze! Will buy from Fleece Footwear again!

I absolutely love these boots. I was not sure about spending this much on a pair of winter boots but I would do it again in a heartbeat! So warm and comfy. Make sure you get the cleaner and protectant spray. I got a 7 and normally wear an 8 and they fit great!

Gorgeous boots- my daughter loved them! Dont be concerned that they may fit a bit tight at first...you need to wear them a few times and they will be fine! This is her 3rd pair over 2 years and they wear well. Just have a stiff brush for cleaning and spray with water repellent

very nice looking boots and comfortable, however, these were a little tight on my calves which causes the boot to scrunch down. i would recommend the ultimate tall braid boot, which is wider in the calf.

I love my new tall style Uggs. I never understood what my daughter was talking about when she said she wore them to clean and cook in. Now I do, they are so comfortable. Shipment was great but boot fits too large for my liking... had to order a size smaller. Since I am a 6.5 normally and Ugg doesnt come in half sizes, I should have ordered a size down instead of up. Cant wait to get my smaller size and wear them with everything.

UGG Sizing Guide

All sizes listed on our website are US sizes.

If you are in between sizes, it is recommended by the manufacturer that you size down to the next whole size. (For example: If you wear a size 8 ½ you should order a size 8.) They may be snug at first, but the footwear will give a little as the fleece footbeds form to each individual foot.

UGG® footwear should be snug, but not uncomfortable. UGG® footwear will give a bit as they mold to your foot. The fleece footbed will mold to the natural contours of your foot, creating a personalized arch support. The footwear is designed to be worn barefooted to maximize the cushioning and warmth of sheepskin.

Hat Sizing Guide

If you are unsure which shoe size to purchase, please follow the following steps:

1. Measure the circumference around your head, keeping the tape level and firm across the temples and above the eyebrow ridges.
2. Then, determine your hat or cap size using the Hat Size Chart. If between, select the next size up.


Prolong the life of your new suede and sheepskin UGG boots with UGG Water and Stain Repellent. Unlike generic water repellents, UGG Water and Stain Repellent will not alter the color of your new UGG boots.
  1. Apply outdoors or in a well ventilated area.
  2. Spray the sheepskin surface with the repellant evenly until it appears wet, but not soaked.
  3. Let the boots dry naturally for at least 24 hours. Do not dry in direct heat or sunlight.
  4. After drying, lightly brush in one direction with a very soft bristle suede/nubuck brush to raise the nap and natural tracking.
Unless stated in the Details (corner left tab), most UGG boots are not waterproof. While repellent helps UGG boots resist water stains and damage, it does not make them waterproof.
CLEANING
Follow the steps below to clean your UGG boots (if your UGG boots are Fancy, Metallic, Sweater Knit, Crochet, Mosiac, Embroidered or Specialty Suede, please see alternate cleaning instructions below):
  1. Hand wash only. DO NOT use a washing machine
  2. Lightly moisten sheepskin with clean, cold water.
  3. Dilute UGG Australia Cleaner & Conditioner with equal proportions water and Cleaner and Conditioner. At FleeceFootwear, we find that diluting a gentle soap also works, but use at your own risk as we cannot guarantee that a soap will not damage your UGG boots.
  4. Apply a small amount of your diluted cleaner to a clean wet sponge. DO NOT apply directly onto footwear.
  5. Gently scrub to clean entire area. Sheepskin has a delicate surface, which can be damaged if scrubbed aggressively, or with an undiluted concentration.
  6. Rinse clean in clean, cold water; lightly stuff with paper to hold shape; allow to dry naturally and slowly. DO NOT dry in direct heat or sunlight.
  7. Once footwear is dry, lightly brush with a very soft suede/nubuck brush in one direction only.
Alternate cleaning instructions for Specialty UGG Materials:
  1. Use a clean, very soft, damp rag and wipe or blot gently. Do not rub.
  2. Do not use any cleaning product or a brush.
  3. You may use UGG ® Australia Water and Stain Repellant on specialty UGG footwear!
WARRANTY

UGG® Australia footwear is warranted for one year against defective materials and workmanship. This does not extend to problems that arise from normal wear and tear. Slight dye transfer may occur with darker colored sheepskin during first few wears. Lighter colored sheepskin may pickup inks from clothing with which it comes in contact. This discoloration is not covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty.

Because sheepskin is a natural product, there may be some irregularities and variations in color and texture. These traits are characteristic of fine sheepskin and add to the beauty and character of the footwear. These characteristics may cause variations in the fit and wear of some sheepskin products. These irregularities and variations are not covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty.
