I got size 8 and they were perfect. I usually wear between an 8 and 8.5. Love, love love these boots! I really really dont think anyone should size down a full size though. I got the 7s first, and they were way too small.

I normally wear a size 9 and I ordered as suggested a size 8...they fit perfect!!!! As a plus size women with larger calves they stretch to fit, can even have them fully buttoned. The dark plum color is just beautiful.

I love the look and style of this UGG. They fit really nice under or over my jeans, and dont look too sloppy to wear in a restaurant. I wear an 8 1/2 normally, so I ordered the size 8. Perfect fit! They are very comfortable and oh so pretty!

Loved the picante. You have to have very skiiny jeans in order to fit them in these. Great product! I wear an 8.5 normally and normally order a 7 in ugg boots but a 7 was still a lil too roomy for my comfort...so ijust wear socks with these.

I love the look of this Ugg. The Picante color is very nice...almost a mauve-y sort of red. Very pretty. Unfortunately I ordered down a size ordered a 6 as all the reviews say to do this. Wrong. At least for me. The size 6 is EXTREMELY tight. I usually order a 7 in uggs and wear a 71/2 in most other shoes. Had I ordered a 7 I think it would have been just right. A 6 is just too tight. Its squeezing my toes to death and is very uncomfortable. I cant imagine any amount of wearing them is going to change that. Im VERY disappointed b/c I love the look and the color so much. Oh well. Back they go.

i love these boots! get worried about wearing them out because of all the salt on the ground, but i sprayed them down and that has kept them clean. someone stepped on my foot with a dirty shoe and i wiped it off really fast, so there was no stain. very comfortable!

The craftsmanship and quality of the boots are just as expected- top notch! But on reading the previous reviews, I decided to order an 8- I usually wear an 8 1/2 or 9. I dont know if it is on a pair by pair basis how they run, but I wish I had ordered a 9. I thought they would run big or stretch out, as reviewed, but they have not and they still feel tight. I too wish that UGG did half sizes. Hope they stretch so they will be as comfortable as I know they could be!

I purchased these boots for my niece but I tried them on and they are very comfortable and warm. She is going to be so happy with them. She has another pair of Uggs so she was able to let me know the size, I was a bit nervous ordering a 6, Im a 7 and she is either a 7 or 7 1/2. So when I give them to her on Christmas we will see if they fit.

I love the style of these boots. I took the advice of others that posted prior to my purchase and ordered a whole size smaller. Unfotunately, the size 5 I normally wear a 6 was way too snug in the length. The heel is plenty wide but my toes were smushed. I wore them in the house all day hoping they would stretch as advertised. No luck. I am exchanging them for a size 6. I can always add a sole support if the 6 is too big!

Super comfortable! Having a bigger sized foot 11, I was worried about ordering a whole size down. But- I did order a 10 and they fit perfectly. I know they will stretch a little as I wear them more so Im glad I got the size I did!

LOVE THEM!!!! I was soo excited to get my new UGG Boots. They are soo cute and you can wear them up or down for a different look each time. I ordered a 10 since that is what I normally take and they do seem to slip a little in the back but not the front...its not really a big deal and doesnt seem to cause any discomfort. Its not like they give you a blister or anything and the inside is supper cozy. Get them, you will not be disappointed!!

I love these boots! I love them so much I even have a pair of this style that I wear as slippers for the house so no matter where I am I can enjoy the comfort. My only problem is the size. I tried on a 7 at the store and it was way too small but these are a bit big. I wish Ugg did half sizes.

Hat Sizing Guide

If you are unsure which shoe size to purchase, please follow the following steps:

1. Measure the circumference around your head, keeping the tape level and firm across the temples and above the eyebrow ridges.
2. Then, determine your hat or cap size using the Hat Size Chart. If between, select the next size up.


Prolong the life of your new suede and sheepskin UGG boots with UGG Water and Stain Repellent. Unlike generic water repellents, UGG Water and Stain Repellent will not alter the color of your new UGG boots.
  1. Apply outdoors or in a well ventilated area.
  2. Spray the sheepskin surface with the repellant evenly until it appears wet, but not soaked.
  3. Let the boots dry naturally for at least 24 hours. Do not dry in direct heat or sunlight.
  4. After drying, lightly brush in one direction with a very soft bristle suede/nubuck brush to raise the nap and natural tracking.
Unless stated in the Details (corner left tab), most UGG boots are not waterproof. While repellent helps UGG boots resist water stains and damage, it does not make them waterproof.
CLEANING
Follow the steps below to clean your UGG boots (if your UGG boots are Fancy, Metallic, Sweater Knit, Crochet, Mosiac, Embroidered or Specialty Suede, please see alternate cleaning instructions below):
  1. Hand wash only. DO NOT use a washing machine
  2. Lightly moisten sheepskin with clean, cold water.
  3. Dilute UGG Australia Cleaner & Conditioner with equal proportions water and Cleaner and Conditioner. At FleeceFootwear, we find that diluting a gentle soap also works, but use at your own risk as we cannot guarantee that a soap will not damage your UGG boots.
  4. Apply a small amount of your diluted cleaner to a clean wet sponge. DO NOT apply directly onto footwear.
  5. Gently scrub to clean entire area. Sheepskin has a delicate surface, which can be damaged if scrubbed aggressively, or with an undiluted concentration.
  6. Rinse clean in clean, cold water; lightly stuff with paper to hold shape; allow to dry naturally and slowly. DO NOT dry in direct heat or sunlight.
  7. Once footwear is dry, lightly brush with a very soft suede/nubuck brush in one direction only.
Alternate cleaning instructions for Specialty UGG Materials:
  1. Use a clean, very soft, damp rag and wipe or blot gently. Do not rub.
  2. Do not use any cleaning product or a brush.
  3. You may use UGG ® Australia Water and Stain Repellant on specialty UGG footwear!
WARRANTY

UGG® Australia footwear is warranted for one year against defective materials and workmanship. This does not extend to problems that arise from normal wear and tear. Slight dye transfer may occur with darker colored sheepskin during first few wears. Lighter colored sheepskin may pickup inks from clothing with which it comes in contact. This discoloration is not covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty.

Because sheepskin is a natural product, there may be some irregularities and variations in color and texture. These traits are characteristic of fine sheepskin and add to the beauty and character of the footwear. These characteristics may cause variations in the fit and wear of some sheepskin products. These irregularities and variations are not covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty.
