| I received my boots about a week after ordering. They came in top condition. I could not find this style of boot in the stores where I live so I decided to try online. I checked the UGG site online to verify Fleece footwear was a licensed retailer and they are! I found the information regarding ugg boot fraud on fleece footwear website very useful because I almost ordered the boots from another website. They are sooo comfortable and warm!!! My toes can get numb when its really cold outside, but I have not had that problem with these boots. Im truly sold on these boots for the warmth. Im looking to add another pair maybe dressier to my collection. The ugg boots are totally worth buying. I wear a size 7 and they fit fine. I usually wear a trouser sock with these boots because thick socks arent needed. But I do have a little room for a thicker sock. I hope this is helpful to someone considering purchasing this boot. |

| I had to call FleeceFootwear.com to make sure my boots would make it in time for Christmas. I got to talk to an ACTUAL PERSON who was friendly and helpful. Wonderful service to compliment a wonderful boot. |

| I really love the warmth of these boots, plus they go on and off easily. However, I have arthritis in my feet, so I had to remove the insoles that came with the boots and replace them with more supportive insoles which is standard practice for me. I would definately recommend these boots. |
