RETURN POLICY


RETURNS

Unworn items may be returned to the following address without prior authorization, within 45 days of purchase. We DO NOT accept worn or damaged items.

Please Note: ShoesCentral reserves the right to deny any return if it is determined that the returned item has been worn or damaged. If a return is denied, it will be returned to the customer and all return shipping costs will be charged to their account.

All returns must be shipped to the following address, with the return form provided in the box (please see below for printable return form). Returns are processed in the order that they are received, and credits may take up to 30 days to appear on your account. (During the holidays, this time may be extended.)

Please Note: ShoesCentral is not responsible for lost packages if sent to an address other than the address listed above. Also, we STRONGLY recommended that customers insure their packages against loss or damage.

*Please note that a $10 restocking fee may be applied under the following circumstances:
1. An item is returned without the original shoebox or without a protective outer box*
2. More than two items are returned**
3. An exchange item is returned
4. An item is returned to an address other than the one on the shipping label
5. Delivery of the order was refused by the customer and returned to our warehouse
6. Shoes are returned after 45 days
7. An address change is made with UPS after the item is shipped and is due to customer error

**Would apply to each item returned.

EXCHANGES

For your convenience, we offer two methods of exchange. Please review the following options before contacting our Customer Service department.

Expedited Exchange:
You may contact us by phone at 1-800-966-1780 or e-mail us at returns@shoescentral.net to inform us of your exchange. Please indicate the brand, style, color and size that you would like to receive in exchange. Provided the item is in stock, your account will be charged and the exchange pair will be shipped out the next day. A credit will be posted to your account once the original pair is returned to the correct address.

Standard Exchange:
You may return the item(s) to the address listed below, with the detachable return form included. Please keep in mind that exchanges are processed in the order that they are received and may take up to 30 days to be shipped. (During the holidays, this time may be extended.)

***During the holiday season total processing time on expedited exchanges may be extended by 1-2 business days. If we aniticipate further delays you will be notified immediately.***

Under the following conditions, one or more $10 restocking fee(s) may be applied to an exchange:

  1. Items are returned without the original shoebox, OR the original shoebox is used as a shipping container (applies to each item returned). ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED IN AN OUTER CARTON TO PREVENT DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT.
  2. More than two items are returned (will apply separately to each item exceeding the two-pair maximum).
  3. An exchanged pair is returned.
  4. An item is shipped to an address other than the address listed above.
  5. The shipment was refused by the customer and returned to the warehouse, without prior authorization (will apply to each item returned).

Please Note: ShoesCentral reserves the right to deny any exchange if it is determined that the returned item has been worn or damaged. If an exchange is denied, it will be returned to the customer and all return shipping costs will be charged to their account.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If you believe your merchandise to be defective, please contact us at 1-800-966-1780 to obtain a merchandise case number. Items will be evaluated for possible defects in the order that they are received and may take up to 30 days to be processed (during the holidays, this time may be extended). You will be notified once the evaluation is complete. All decisions regarding defective merchandise are final.

Please Note: If a worn or damaged item is returned for evaluation and it is determined to be non-defective, ShoesCentral may return the item to the customer and all shipping costs will be charge to their account.
