IMPORTANT!
100% customer satisfaction guaranteed! If you are unsatisfied in any way, we will gladly accept a return provided shoes are in the original condition. FleeceFootwear.com reserves the right to deny any returned or exchanged item if it is determined that the returned item has been worn or damaged. If it is denied, it will be returned to the customer and all return shipping costs will be charged to their account. We DO NOT accept worn or damaged items.
*Please note that a $10 restocking fee may be applied under the following circumstances:
1. An item is returned without the original shoebox or without a protective outer box*
2. More than two items are returned**
3. An exchange item is returned
4. An item is returned to an address other than the one on the shipping label
5. Delivery of the order was refused by the customer and returned to our warehouse
6. An address change is made with UPS after the item is shipped and is due to customer error

Defective Merchandise
Please contact us via phone (1-800-966-1780) or contact us via email so that we may discuss the possible defect and issue a merchandise case number. Items will be evaluated for possible defects in the order that they are received and may take up to 30 days to be processed (during the holidays, this time may be extended). You will be notified once the evaluation is complete. All decisions regarding defective merchandise are final.
Please Note: If a worn or damaged item is returned for evaluation and it is determined to be non-defective, FleeceFootwear.com may return the item to the customer and all shipping costs will be charge to their account.

Returns are processed in the order that they are received, and credits may take up to 30 days to appear on your account. (During the holidays, this time may be extended.) FleeceFootwear.com is not responsible for lost packages if sent to an address other than the address listed above. FleeceFootwear strongly recommends that customers insure their packages against loss or damage.

EXCHANGES For your convenience, we offer two methods of exchange. Expedited Exchange:
You may contact us by phone at 1-800-966-1780 or e-mail us at returns@shoescentral.net to inform us of your exchange. Please indicate the brand, style, color and size that you would like to receive in exchange. Provided the item is in stock, your account will be charged and the exchange pair will be shipped out the next business day. A credit will be posted to your account once the original pair is returned to the correct address.
